Empire Circle Membership Terms

By joining Empire Circle: A Profit+Partner Power Collective by Entry to Empire, you agree to the following terms:

1. Community Standards

• I will engage with other members respectfully, professionally, and in good faith.
• I will not share confidential member information or deal details outside the Circle without permission.
• I will honor collaboration, equity, and inclusion across all interactions.

2. Participation

• I understand my membership gives me access to benefits specific to my tier (as outlined on the Empire Circle website/materials).
• I am responsible for participating in sessions, collaborations, and opportunities to maximize my experience.

3. Financial Commitment

• Membership dues are billed monthly (or annually, if selected) and are non-refundable.
• If my payment fails, access to benefits may be paused until my account is current.

4. Collaboration & Opportunities

• Any partnerships, joint ventures, or investment opportunities initiated within the Circle are voluntary.
• Empire Circle and MTB Enterprises, Inc. are not liable for individual member agreements, deals, or financial outcomes.

5. Intellectual Property & Content

• Materials, recordings, or resources shared within Empire Circle are for members only.
• I will not copy, redistribute, or resell content without written permission.

6. Termination

• Empire Circle reserves the right to revoke membership for violation of community standards, nonpayment, or unethical conduct.
